It's worth breaking the flavours. Fresh wholemeal bread, delicate slices or black forest ham, the distinctive flavour of brie, crispy radish and rocket pesto. Try it if you want to discover something new...
Ingredients:
• 2 slices of wholemeal bread
• a handful of rocket
• a handful of rapunzel
• 4 slices of black forest ham
• 6 slices of brie
• tomato
• a few radishes
Rocket sandwich pesto
• 2 handfuls of rocket
• tbs roasted pine nuts or sunflower seeds
• tsb grated parmigiana
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
Preparation:
Put the rocket into a food processor, add pine nuts or sunflower seeds, grated parmigiana, a pinch of salt, pepper and few tbs of olive oil. Process until smooth. Spread pesto on a slice of bread, put on rocket, rapunzel, black forest ham, slices of tomato, brie and radishes. Put a dollop of pesto on the top of each sandwich. Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
